Dear BIZhub member, 

 

We are thrilled to begin the plans for Westwood Restaurant Week which will be celebrated from Monday, March 24  through Sunday, March 30, 2025. This is a great opportunity to cross-promote Westwood businesses of ALL types. Participation is not limited to restaurants in our unique model for this event. There is no fee to participate, however, a donation of a $25 gift card to your establishment is required and will be included in our month-long marketing plan to promote the week-long event designed to draw customers to Westwood's dining and retail businesses. 

 

Throughout the month of March, each participating non-restaurant location will host a "lno purchase necessary" prize giveaway at their business with the prize being a gift card to a participating Westwood eatery. A vessel will be provided to each location, featuring information about restaurant week and the partner restaurant. Visitors will be encouraged to leave their name and contact information in the vessel to win a $25 gift certificate to the partner restaurant. 

Then, during Restaurant week, each participating eatery will "raffle" (again with no purchase necessary) a $25 gift certificate prize to a partner retail/service business to guests who visit their location. 

Please note that restaurants will be paired with retail/service/office locations, and vice versa to the best of our ability. 

The sooner your business registers, the more of our complementary marketing you can leverage for your business. Please take note of our publication timeline below: 

• NOW: Registration open

• Week of Feb 17 - Rolling list of participating businesses to be added to Facebook Event and website

• Week of Feb 24 -  Initial press release to Pascack Press and local papers listing participating establishments 

• Week of March 3 - Registration closes and raffle jars placed in participating retail/service locations; flyers and digital tool kit (image files to be used on participating businesses social media etc) distributed to promote Restaurant Week 

• Week of March 10 - full color ad in the Pascack Press including names of all participating locations

• Week of March 17 - final press release distribution to papers 

• Week of March 24 - Restaurant Week and placement of raffle jars in participating eating establishments
